Job Summary:
We’re seeking a passionate Pastry Cook to support our Pastry Chef in producing scratch-made baked goods, including pastries, cakes, cookies, and seasonal specialties. You'll help ensure high standards of quality and consistency while contributing in product production. If you’re eager to grow in a fast-paced kitchen and share your love of baking, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Pastry Chef in daily production of baked goods (pastries, cakes, cookies, seasonal specialties).
Contribute to custom orders, holiday menus, and special events.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe kitchen.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or a strong passion for baking with home baking experience.
Fair knowledge of classic baking techniques and baking science.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
