Commercial Business Accounts Manager

At Roto-Rooter, client relationships are a top priority! We're in search of an energetic, organized, and self-motivated person to help us expand our commercial customer base while improving our online presence.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys meeting people, prospecting businesses, organizing sales efforts, and helping a growing company stand out.

The responsibilities for this opportunity will include:

Research and map commercial areas, office parks, shopping centers, industrial parks, medical facilities, property management companies, and other potential customers.
Visit businesses in person to introduce our company and build relationships.
Make outbound cold calls and follow-up calls.
Schedule follow up meetings between business decision-makers for the contractor to meet with.
Work with our plumbing technicians to gather photos, videos, and customer success stories.
Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
Help improve our online marketing and community presence.
Assist with special marketing projects and local networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferably in the service or construction services/products industries
Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
Comfortable making cold calls and visiting businesses.
Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter who works well independently.
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
