As a Drain and Sewer Technician, you'll inspect, diagnose, and restore residential and commercial drainage systems while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities include:
Diagnose clogged drains and sewer line issues
Clear drain blockages using professional drain cleaning equipment
Operate sewer cameras and hydro jetting equipment to identify drainage problems
Recommend repair options based on inspection findings
Explain solutions clearly and professionally to customers
Document completed work using company technology
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and specialized equipment
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
Continue developing your skills through hands-on training in plumbing, underground utilities, and advanced sewer diagnostics
We're seeking dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a career in the plumbing industry.
Qualified candidates should have:
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
Previous experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, construction, maintenance, landscaping, automotive repair, mechanical trades, or another hands-on field is preferred but not required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment and working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
