Full Job Description

Position: Commercial Electrician

HIRING GOAL:

We are currently looking for an experienced licensed electricians and/or electrical foreman that is able to run projects in the 1M-5M range. We are looking for motivated and experienced individuals to become part our team so that we can learn and grow together.

JOB DUTIES:

All projects will be of commercial construction, either renovation or new construction. We perform a variety of projects including Assisted Living Facilities, Healthcare, MOB's, Schools, Offices, Veterans Care Centers, and more. Typical duties will include but not be limited to:

Install commercial wiring type MC Cable.
Install light fixtures and other wiring devices.
Be able to install conduit from 1/2" to 1 1/4".
Install large conduit 2"-4" .
Pulling wire #12 - 600MCM.
Switchboard and Panelboards terminations and installation.
Be able to layout and understand electrical drawings.
Coordinate with foreman required daily activities.
Be able to follow instruction and work

COMPENSATION:

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have strong communication skills.
Must be physically able to climb ladders, walk on uneven terrain, kneel, etc and lift approx 50lbs.
Preferred to be a licensed journeyman or Master electrician.
Must have excellent general knowledge of electrical construction and the NEC.
Must be able to wear proper PPE as needed.
Must be able to commute to Maryland, D.C. and Northern VA.
