Insurance Office Manager – Kona (Allstate Agency)

$90,000–$135,000 (base + performance bonus)

The Role

We’re looking for a steady, people-focused Office Manager to lead our established Allstate Insurance Agency in Kona.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day operations, coaching a team, and creating consistency — not someone who needs micromanagement or thrives on chaos.

What you’ll be responsible for

Leading and coaching a team of licensed sales and service professionals
Setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable
Overseeing office sales performance, retention, and customer experience
Managing scheduling, workflows, evaluations, and compliance
Handling customer escalations with professionalism and care
Creating a positive, structured, and calm office environment
Partnering with ownership on goals, strategy, and growth

What success looks like in this role

A stable, organized office with clear expectations
A team that shows up, follows through, and grows
Consistent sales and retention performance
Minimal fire-drills due to strong daily leadership
Ownership trust built through reliability and results

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have experience managing people (sales, service, hospitality, retail, or office leadership)

Prefer a structured workday and clear expectations

Insurance or financial services experience is preferred but not required for the right leader.

Compensation & Benefits (We invest in you — and your family)

$90,000–$135,000 total compensation (base + performance bonus)
$12,000 hiring bonus (paid over first 6 months)
