What We’re Looking For…

We are seeking a full-time Prep Cook to join our team! In this role, you will prepare salads, cold foods, fruits, vegetables, and other menu items while following standardized recipes, food safety regulations, and production schedules. Responsibilities include maintaining clean and organized workstations, stocking and rotating inventory, setting up and breaking down food stations, minimizing waste, and ensuring food is prepared and presented to quality standards. The ideal candidate has restaurant-style cooking experience, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
