Job Summary

OFFICE & PROJECT COORDINATOR

Omni Shading Solutions | Carbondale, Colorado

Omni Shading Solutions is looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Office & Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing custom window treatment company.

This position will work closely with ownership, sales, installers, vendors, and clients to help keep projects organized and moving efficiently from initial quote through completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and assist with customer quotes and proposals
Create invoices and assist with accounts receivable follow-up
Maintain accurate project and customer information
Process and track product orders
Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding orders, lead times, and project details
Assist with scheduling installations and service calls
Organize project paperwork and documentation
Help coordinate communication between the office and installation crews
Assist with monthly administrative and accounting tasks
Follow up on outstanding project items and help ensure deadlines are met
Provide general office and administrative support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong professional communication skills
Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, purchase orders, and invoices
Strong computer and administrative skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
Self-directed and able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities
Willingness to learn our products, systems, and industry
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow through

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required:

QuickBooks
Microsoft Office
Google Workspace
Quoting and invoicing
Purchasing and order management
Construction or project coordination

Window covering experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is organized, motivated, and interested in growing with the company.

POSITION DETAILS

Employment: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Carbondale, Colorado
Compensation: Based on experience

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
