We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing & Brand Project Specialist to support and drive the execution of key marketing and branding initiatives for the Carlisle Sports Emporium, a unique family entertainment center and event venue property. This role is central to coordinating projects, maintaining brand integrity, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with the campus's premium image.
The Carlisle Sports Emporium, established in 1993, has grown from a seasonal family entertainment facility to an all-year-round multi-attraction family entertainment center with a premier events venue. We aim to push the limits and standards of the Hospitality & Family Entertainment Center (FEC) Industry, utilizing a team-driven culture to bring a high level of innovation and expertise to every customer's experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the progress of marketing and brand projects from concept through completion.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals to keep all tasks on track.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project status and communications.
- Manage the intake and coordination of internal requests.
- Collaborate with department leads to ensure our brand is thorough, clear, and aligned with internal standards.
- Create and design to translate brand into actionable deliverables.
- Ensure all creative assets reflect the luxury brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Assist in the review and proofing of materials before final approval and distribution.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing touchpoints.
- Provide day-to-day support to the marketing and brand team, including meeting coordination, asset organization, and research.
- Assist with coordination of photo shoots, brand campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the achievement of marketing goals, business objectives, and profitability.
- Create and monitor budgets and expenditures to successfully achieve the company’s profit plan.
- Review financial data, prepare management reports (like SOP’s), and perform administrative functions accurately and timely.
- Plan and coordinate promotions, events, and effective client loyalty programs to maximize marketplace positioning.
- Work cross-functionally with department heads to manage marketing and brand-related requests, helping bring concepts to life across print, digital, and on-property activations.
- Work with the current sales and management team.
- Have a percentage of operational responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or project coordination role.
- Proficiency in Monday.com (or similar project management platforms) is required.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with marketing terminology and creative workflows.
- A passion for hospitality, storytelling, and delivering luxury experiences.
- Strong project management skills and a refined eye for brand aesthetics.
- Hardworking, able to multitask, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet needs of varying internal and external customers.
- Proficiency with all MS Office, google workspace, adobe and canva.
- Self-driven, with strong relationship-building skills, ability to execute tasks, goal-oriented, accountable, and a team player.
- Results-oriented, high-energy, dynamic individual with the stamina and mental agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth delivery network.
Preferred Qualities:
- 5–15 years of social media/marketing experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
- At least 5 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience managing teams of 10+.
- Prior training experience.
- Excellent leadership/management skills.
- Ability to sell concepts and ideas to management, peers, employees, and clients.
- Demonstrated success in revenue achievement and expense management.
- Experience in budget development and financial analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High standards in ethics, service, and image.
- Experience working with social or premium brands.
Work Environment & Benefits:
This is a full-time position, though part-time is available, with a preference for full-time. Must be available weekdays with the possibility of some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
