Responsibilities
As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will:
- Sell engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, luxury jewelry, watches, and gifts
- Guide customers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives
- Assist clients with custom jewelry design and redesign projects
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Develop your own client book through phone calls, texting, email, and follow-up
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Present financing options, warranties, care plans, and value-added services
- Coordinate jewelry repairs and special orders
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Participate in trunk shows, bridal events, and holiday promotions
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Enter customer information accurately into our CRM system
- Participate in ongoing luxury sales and jewelry training
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Jewelry Sales
- Luxury Retail Sales
- Bridal Sales
- Commission Sales
- Fine Jewelry
- High-End Retail
- Relationship-Based Sales
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Professional appearance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday
Experience selling engagement rings, diamonds, bridal jewelry, luxury watches, designer fashion, furniture, automobiles, or other premium products is highly preferred.
