UC San Diego Health Marketing and Communication (MarCom) is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to serve as a key resource responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing performance data. This role will enable MarCom to make data-driven decisions that improve patient acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and enhance consumer engagement. The analyst will partner with teams to deliver actionable insights, develop dashboards, and evaluate campaign effectiveness across multiple digital platforms and data sources.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise MarCom during the implementation of Adobe CJA

Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple marketing platforms and systems

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business strategies and objectives

Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications campaigns

Identify opportunities for improved patient acquisition, retention, and market penetration

Conduct market research, including competitive analysis, to assess trends and brand positioning
