We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Bridal Consultant to help brides find their dream wedding dress and create an unforgettable shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide exceptional, personalized service to brides and their families.
✅ Guide brides through dress selection, fittings, and accessories.
✅ Use styling expertise to recommend the perfect gown based on body type and preferences.
✅ Maintain knowledge of bridal trends, designers, and fabrics.
✅ Meet and exceed sales goals through consultative selling and relationship building.
✅ Handle appointments, follow-ups, and customer inquiries with professionalism.
✅ Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising in the showroom.
Who We’re Looking For:
⭐️ Passion for bridal fashion and making brides feel beautiful.
⭐️ Strong sales ability with experience in bridal, luxury retail, or fashion sales.
⭐️ Excellent communication & customer service skills – able to connect with brides emotionally.
⭐️ Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude to guide brides through an emotional decision.
⭐️ Attention to detail & organizational skills to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups.
⭐️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy boutique environment.
⭐️ Prior experience in bridal, formalwear, luxury retail, event planning, or hospitality is a plus!
