CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR
Residential Remodeling and Construction
BNC Builders, Inc. is a growing residential construction company serving San Diego County. We are looking for an exceptional Construction Project Coordinator who is confident, highly organized, technologically advanced, and ready to take ownership.
This is not a basic administrative position. We need a high-performing professional who can coordinate multiple projects, make sound routine decisions, solve problems, and keep important details from falling through the cracks.
The right person will be energetic, resourceful, confident, and dependable. You should be able to receive an assignment, determine the next steps, research missing information, and move it forward without needing constant reminders or step-by-step direction.
You will work closely with project managers, homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and our internal team. Your responsibility will be to help keep multiple residential construction projects organized, properly communicated, and moving toward completion.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
A successful Construction Project Coordinator at BNC Builders:
- Takes ownership of assignments and follows through until they are completed
- Identifies what needs to happen next without waiting for constant direction
- Makes appropriate routine decisions using available information and established company procedures
- Knows when to act independently and when management approval is required
- Researches possible solutions before presenting a problem

- Retains training and applies it correctly to future situations
- Manages multiple projects and priorities without losing important details
- Communicates confidently and professionally with homeowners and trade partners
- Maintains urgency and momentum without sacrificing accuracy

- Brings positive energy, accountability, and a strong work ethic to the team
- Wants to grow into a senior coordination, operations, or project-management position
This position requires initiative and execution. You will receive training, systems, and support, but you must be capable of becoming increasingly independent as you learn the position.

- Assist project managers with daily project coordination and follow-up
- Coordinate appointments, site visits, project schedules, deliveries, inspections, and installations
