Your role
As our Concussion Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our virtual clinic. You'll be:
- diagnosing patients who most likely have had a concussion
- prescribing a personalized and comprehensive rehabilitation plan
- communicating with an interdisciplinary team of neuropsychologists, neuro-optometrists, vestibular therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-therapists.
- following-up on appointments to extend care or patients
- monitor patients' recovery progress asynchronously through the data collected from our AI-enabled patient companion app
- staying up to date with the best-in-class, evidence-based concussion care out there and guiding the strategic direction of our product

You're perfect if:
- you're the go-to person in your locality for anyone getting a concussion (kudos for that and if you join us, we'll be taking you to the world-stage to impact millions of lives!)
- you deeply understand how backwards traditional concussion care is (e.g. cocooning in a dark room)
Necessary qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license, ideally in several states and are open to expanding the number of states
- have seen concussions patients via telehealth
- up to date with the latest concussion evidence-based protocols
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with a focus on pediatrics and concussions

- Is this part time or full time? This is a part-time role (with the option to turn to full-time in the future).
- What are my hours every day? You post your availability every week, offering at least 2 hours three days per week, which will be available for patients to schedule appointments. Patients book appointments at least 24 hours in advance (so you'll know at least 24 hours before). You can expect to see patients for 2-5 hours per week. Remaining hours will go toward bringing your expertise to help us build our world-class product & team!
- Are my hours constant every week? No, not at this time. Based on patient demand, we may ask you to flex up or down in hours from week to week.
