Location: Newberg, OR | Schedule: Full-time | Compensation: Base + Commission + Incentives*

What you’ll do

Talk with customers and leads (inbound, referrals, and outreach) to understand their needs
Recommend coverage for Auto, Home, Renters, and Life (and other options where applicable)
Quote policies accurately and explain differences in a clear, friendly way
Follow a proven sales process from first conversation → quote → application → policy issued
Maintain lead activity and customer records in the agency CRM
Provide ongoing support so customers feel confident about their coverage
Meet activity and sales goals (quotes, conversions, retention-related targets)
Complete training and maintain required licensing

What we’re looking for

Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Focused on continuous improvement while building a strong understanding of the sales process
Comfortable making calls, building rapport, and following up consistently
Organized, coachable, and able to manage a pipeline
Must be able to obtain and maintain required insurance licensing for your role/state

Preferred (but not required)

Experience in insurance, financial services, or commission-based sales
Customer service or call center experience
Familiarity with CRMs, lead tracking, and sales pipelines
A track record of hitting goals (any industry)
