Job description: Regional Security Account & Acquisition Manager

Location: Remote in Indianapolis, IN Area / Central Indiana

Summary:

Nighthawk Security Company is looking for a full-time Regional Security Account & Acquisition Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for leading NEW CLIENT ACQUISITION, operations, and maintaining client relationships within the Indianapolis, IN / Central Indiana Area.

We are looking to hire someone who can immediately bring our company more business in your area. Please only apply if you can immediately influence companies to do business with our company.

Nighthawk is willing to pay very competitively to elite talent that can immediately gain us new business. First 90 days of employment will be on trial period, structured with a flat hourly pay rate, to ensure good company fit and ability to successfully deliver on expectations to immediately deliver new business. After 90 days, and if the applicant is successful, the position will be converted to a salary and/or commission-based pay structure.

Nighthawk has a dedicated 24/7 Operations Center and Scheduling Department, so the successful applicant will not have to handle every aspect of the business (you will not have to field issues/calls from security officers). The primary expectation is to immediately bring the company business and maintain client relations thereafter.

Qualification Requirements:

Education: Preference for four-year college bachelor’s degree, but high school diploma or equivalent would still be considered.
Experience: MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN THE CONTRACT SECURITY INDUSTRY MANAGING MULTIPLE CLIENT ACCOUNTS AND/OR NEW CLIENT ACQUISITIONS… NOT JUST BEING A SITE SUPERVISOR AT A GIVEN SITE (UNLESS DUE TO YOUR INFLUENCE YOU CAN BRING IMMEDIATE BUSINESS). Candidates without the aforementioned prior experience WILL NOT be considered.
Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken), including, a clear and professional speaking voice and ability to write effective sales emails and campaigns.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel frequently and regularly to visit site locations and periodic travel to Nighthawk’s corporate office, where required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to spend majority of workday on the telephone/computer at a desk and carry or lift moderate loads.
Miscellaneous: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required. Working knowledge of any CRM software or AI-based sales software is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable means to commute.

Major Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Coordinate frequently with corporate office to establish regional goals and objectives.
Work independently to identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region/territory.
Conduct outbound and inbound sales functions and persuasively present our services to potential clients, including high number of telephone calls/emails each day to identify and network with leads.
Maintain and update CRM entries with accurate, timely record-keeping.
Build and maintain superior customer relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Travel to client sites for sales meetings and Nighthawk’s corporate office, when needed.

Schedule: Full-time.

Background Investigation: Must pass a background investigation to the extent permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws. Must pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law (including no THC), consistent with Company policy or requirements.
