We are Spins Bowl Carmel. We are seeking a Front Desk / Arcade / Axe Attendant for our busy bowling alley.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and reliable Front Desk / Arcade / Axe Attendant to join our team. This is a multi-functional role, meaning you’ll support guests throughout the venue—from the front desk to the arcade to the axe-throwing area. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression
- Handle check-ins, lane assignments, reservations, and payments
- Assist guests in the arcade and ensure games are operating properly
- Guide and supervise guests during axe throwing, enforcing safety rules
- Use power tools and handle equipment related to axe-throwing targets
- Cheer on and engage guests to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across assigned areas
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and general venue operations
- Report any operational, safety, or maintenance issues to management
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred (hospitality or entertainment a plus)
- Comfortable handling cash and operating a register
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
- Open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move around the venue for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to lift planks of wood and safely demonstrate axe throwing
