Key Responsibilities

Create and prepare exquisite desserts and pastries to the highest standards.
Follow recipes and directions accurately while multitasking effectively.
Bring creative ideas and culinary knowledge to enhance our dessert menu.
Maintain acute attention to detail and dedication to quality.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in desserts and baking within an upscale professional kitchen.

Ability to work Monday to Friday, night shifts, and weekends as needed.

Schedule & Location

Full-time position with 8-hour shifts.
This position requires working during service hours (5pm-close).
On-site work at our Chapel Hill location.
