As an Agricultural/Commercial Service Truck Operator, you'll provide mobile tire and mechanical service to commercial and agricultural customers at their locations, on job sites, and along the roadside. You'll work on everything from tire repairs and replacements to mechanical issues and CTIS installations.

Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls

Repair, mount, dismount, and replace commercial and agricultural tires

Perform tire service on trucks, trailers, farm equipment, and other commercial equipment

Diagnose tire-related issues and determine the appropriate repair or replacement

Perform mechanical repairs and service related to customer equipment

Install, service, and troubleshoot Central Tire Inflation Systems (CTIS)

Safely operate a service truck and specialized tire and mechanical equipment

Load and unload tires, tools, parts, and equipment needed for service calls

Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections

Communicate with customers and the shop regarding service needs, repairs, and job completion

Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately

Assist in the shop when not responding to service calls

Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service truck

Follow all company and DOT safety requirements, including proper use of PPE

Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly
- Previous commercial, agricultural, heavy-duty tire, or mechanical experience preferred

Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills

Experience with CTIS systems preferred, but willingness to learn is important

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and handling heavy tires, parts, tools, and equipment

Comfortable bending, crouching, kneeling, and working on the ground throughout the day

Ability and willingness to work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, snow, and other weather conditions

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field

Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented

Strong communication and time-management skills

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service
