Carroll National is currently hiring Bartenders, Servers, and Bar Cart Attendants to join our hospitality team. We are looking for part-time, full-time, and seasonal team members who are reliable, professional, and enjoy working in a fast-paced service environment.

Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages, providing attentive guest service, and maintaining an organized and efficient bar environment. Bartenders serve guests seated at the bar as well as prepare drinks for the dining room.
Responsibilities include mixing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, handling payments through the POS system, and ensuring responsible alcohol service. Bartenders must maintain strong menu and drink knowledge and communicate effectively with both guests and staff.
A successful bartender is personable, organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Server
Servers are responsible for providing guests with a professional and welcoming dining experience. This role includes greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, explaining menu items and specials, delivering drinks and food, and ensuring guests are taken care of throughout their visit.
Servers must maintain strong menu knowledge and communicate clearly with both the kitchen and bar to ensure orders are accurate and service runs smoothly. Maintaining clean sections, assisting teammates when needed, and creating a positive guest experience are key parts of the role.
This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining attentive service.
Bar Cart Attendant
The Bar Cart Attendant provides beverage service to golfers throughout the golf course. This role involves driving the beverage cart, serving beer, canned cocktails, and other beverages while maintaining friendly and professional guest interactions.
Responsibilities include maintaining a properly stocked cart, handling payments accurately, following responsible alcohol service guidelines, and keeping the cart clean and organized.
The Bar Cart Attendant represents Carroll National on the course and helps enhance the overall golf experience by providing convenient beverage service.
