The Tanner Health Foundation intern will work closely with the Foundation staff on several projects, which will train the student to multitask and sharpen their internal/external communication, critical thinking, and project management skills. Projects could include but are not limited to drafting of donor gift press releases and or spotlights, updating constituent records with the Raiser Edge database, assisting with special events, expediting direct mailings, distributing communication materials and other duties as needed. Work may be at a variety of locations throughout the service area as needed. Assist as needed with general office operations.

Assist as needed in with mass mailings, phone and office coverage, etc.
Prepare materials necessary for donor and community events as needed
Track participants, prepare reports as requested
Assist with office operations as needed in the areas of data and gift entry, donor stewardship, and necessary administrative functions.
Collect, prepare and distribute communications and marketing materials for donor and community outreach events, as well as to promote Tanner Health Foundation and the many ways to give.
Compliance Statement
