Full Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position offers the chance to play a meaningful role in supporting students and collaborating with a dedicated educational team. You’ll have the opportunity to provide essential psychological services, assessments, and interventions in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. The exact caseload is currently being finalized, allowing for flexibility and thoughtful placement.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
Strong understanding of school-based assessment tools and intervention strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with students and staff
Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective intervention and support plans
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, helping shape student-centered goals and accommodations
Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation when needed
Maintain thorough, timely records and documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of students through individual and group interventions

This role is entirely on-site, providing direct engagement with students and staff and fostering impactful, face-to-face relationships. As part of this school community, you’ll make a lasting difference in the lives of children and contribute to a positive school culture.
