We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Office Receptionist to join our pediatric dental team in Carrollton, GA. We are looking to start this role on Tuesday, October 6th, 2026.
Our front office team plays an important role in creating a positive experience for every child and family who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service.
Previous dental experience is welcomed, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
As a Front Office Receptionist, you will help keep the office running smoothly while providing an excellent experience for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude
- Checking patients in and out
- Answering and managing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Helping maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule
- Collecting and verifying patient information
- Communicating appointment, financial, and office information clearly to parents and guardians
- Assisting with insurance information and verification as trained
- Collecting patient payments and accurately documenting transactions
- Responding to patient questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Communicating effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and other front office team members
- Helping keep the front office and reception area organized and welcoming
- Completing administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Helping the team maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day

Dental experience is not necessarily required. Some of our best candidates may come from hospitality, customer service, medical offices, retail management, banking, or other fast-paced customer-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous dental or medical front office experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, scheduling, or another customer-facing position
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred, but not required
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Schedule
This position is scheduled:
Tuesday–Friday
7:45 AM–5:00 PM
This four-day workweek is ideal for someone who enjoys having a consistent schedule while being part of a busy, patient-focused dental team.

You will be successful in this role if you can make families feel welcomed and cared for while also keeping schedules, phones, patient information, and administrative responsibilities organized behind the scenes.

Compensation
$15.00–$21.00 per hour
Compensation will be based on previous experience, applicable skills, dental or healthcare knowledge, bilingual capabilities, and overall qualifications. Bonus incentives are available following 90 days of employment.
