Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and live chat to promote vehicle inventory and services
Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline by identifying new prospects and nurturing existing leads
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate interest in high-end vehicles and upsell additional products or services
Negotiate deals effectively with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet dealership standards
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and update sales records accurately
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns aimed at increasing online visibility and lead generation
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, demonstrating product knowledge, and ensuring a positive buying experience
Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team to ensure accurate vehicle listings and availability updates

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail automotive sales with a focus on high-end vehicles
Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader customer base
Familiarity with CRM software platforms used for sales management and customer tracking
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and inventory records efficiently
Experience in dealership operations including inventory control, retail math, and automotive marketing strategies
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by professional phone etiquette
Ability to excel in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation campaigns
