Full Job Description

Job description:

We are a growing food company with multiple revenue streams and need a seasoned food operations assistant for our C Suite.

You will work closely with our COO and will be given exact instructions for implementation of standards and procedures.

Required Responsibilities and Experience:

5 years experience in operations for a food company with minimum sales of $3 million annually.
Multi-tasker on steroids!
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Understands that operations and adherence to standards are paramount for successful company operations and profitability.
Works independently
Ability to execute assignments at a steady pace with few detail errors.
Ability to organize relevant tasks in order of priority to be the best assistant for the COO.
Excellent problem solver.
Thinks out of the box to solve problems.
Ability to hold others accountable .
Ability to professionally format and word inter-office communication as well as communication with outside vendors.
Ability to format small operation manuals for company departments with direction by upper management.
Excellent computer skills in Office 265 and ability to learn company in-house customized software quickly and proficiently.
Oversee wholesale website by keeping pricing, pictures, descriptions, payments, and customer database current.
Work independently in keeping any outstanding A/R current.
Ability to ensure a smooth day to day workflow for a multi revenue stream company
Maintain records, supplies and support HR overseeing initial company new hire paperwork.
Ability to work in an environment with multiple interruptions per hour but still maintain steady work flow and task accomplishment.

Qualities we are looking for: high energy, efficiency, professionalism on all levels including presentation and all communication.

Great hours. Hours: 8:30A - 3:30PM Monday - Friday.

Saturdays off except Nov 1 - Dec 23rd , some Saturdays will probably be required.
