Lead Projects. Build Teams. Deliver Excellence.
Big League Plumbing & Rooter Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Foreman to lead our Commercial and Residential New Construction & Remodel Division.
This is not a position for someone who simply delegates work from the sidelines. We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of plumbing experience who has the leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills to successfully manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while remaining actively involved in the field.
As a Senior Plumbing Foreman, you will serve as the primary field leader for Big League Plumbing. You will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring each job is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.
You will be responsible for coordinating manpower, ordering materials, communicating with project managers and general contractors, mentoring field personnel, identifying potential issues before they impact production, and maintaining the professional standards that our clients expect from Big League Plumbing.
Most importantly, this is a working foreman position. We believe the strongest leaders lead by example. While you will supervise crews and manage projects, you will also be expected to use your plumbing expertise in the field, assist with complex installations, troubleshoot challenging situations, and work alongside your team whenever necessary.
