Find your line at Mt. Hood Meadows, where we turn passion into purpose by delivering unforgettable experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest’s most stunning mountain settings. We believe in creating moments that matter — for our guests, for each other, and for the community. Apply today and join a team that fully embodies the mountain lifestyle.
Position Overview
As a Park Grooming Operator at Mt. Hood Meadows, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our terrain parks; from beginner-friendly learning zones to advanced freestyle terrain. You’ll operate specialized grooming equipment to shape jumps, landings, transitions, berms, and other features, using your knowledge of snow conditions and terrain park design to create high-quality, functional terrain.
Working closely with Park Grooming leadership, Park Crew, Ski Patrol, and other mountain departments, you’ll help coordinate park builds, maintenance, closures, and opening procedures. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety are essential. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team while operating in challenging alpine conditions and around heavy machinery.
We’re looking for an experienced operator who takes pride in the finished product and understands what it takes to build and maintain quality freestyle terrain. If you bring strong grooming experience, mechanical aptitude, sound judgment, and a passion for terrain park operations, this is an opportunity to put your skills to work on the mountain and help create the experience our guests come to Meadows for.
