Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships while providing expert guidance on various insurance products. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and the ability to analyze client needs to recommend appropriate coverage options. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can help us serve a broader market.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service offerings.
Administer benefits and assist clients with claims processing as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance or retail sales, is preferred.
Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to analyze various insurance products is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable, enabling effective communication with diverse clientele.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are key attributes for this position.
