With a proven track record of safeguarding countless homeowners and realtors, we're proud of our mission-driven team. Now, we're on the lookout for passionate individuals who share our commitment to excellence. Join us in Wake County to Cumberland County and the surrounding areas, North Carolina, as we expand our team, offering flexible part-time and full-time positions that fit seamlessly into your schedule, including weekends upon request.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including structural components, systems, and finishes.
Evaluate construction quality and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Review blueprints and schematics to understand the design intent and identify potential issues.
Perform quality inspections during various stages of construction to ensure adherence to specifications.
Collect data on property conditions and prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings and recommendations.
Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and contractors regarding inspection results.
Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and best practices in home inspection.

Experience

Must hold a valid Home Inspector License for North Carolina
Proven experience in construction or related fields is essential.
Familiarity with quality control processes and quality inspection techniques.
Strong analysis skills to assess property conditions accurately.
Experience in construction site management or oversight is preferred.
Knowledge of contracts related to construction projects is beneficial.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
