Full Job Description

Do you enjoy working with seniors and take pride in providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic Dietary Aide to join our dining services team. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience while ensuring our residents receive nutritious, delicious meals in a clean and friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with meal preparation and food service.
Set up and serve meals according to resident dietary needs.
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and inviting.
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.
Stock supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
Work closely with the dietary team to provide exceptional service to residents.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
Assist with special events and resident activities involving food service.
All other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Food safety knowledge is a plus.
