What You’ll Do:

Prepare and execute cold station items, including salads, appetizers, and composed small plates.
Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes, following our chef-driven recipes and plating standards.
Maintain a clean and organized station, ensuring all mise en place is ready for service.
Work as part of a team, effectively communicating with line cooks, chefs, and front-of-house staff.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a pristine and professional workspace.
Contribute to menu creativity and seasonal adjustments, ensuring freshness and innovation in our offerings.

Experience in a professional kitchen preferred, especially in a cold/pantry station.
Strong knife skills and an understanding of culinary techniques.
Ability to work efficiently and cleanly in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure kitchen environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Culinary school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements:

The ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot, fast paced kitchen environment.
Lift and carry heavy kitchen equipment and ingredients.
Bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces.
