We are currently hiring Part-Time Catering Operations Team Members to support our growing catering department as we head into the school year.

Looking for a great after-school job? We are especially interested in applicants who can work weekday afternoons (approximately 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and weekends.

This role is ideal for:

High school seniors
College students
Teachers looking for additional income
Retirees seeking part-time work
Anyone looking for a flexible afternoon and weekend position

Many of our strongest team members work 2-5 shifts per week around school schedules, teaching schedules, family commitments, or other jobs.

If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and helping events come together successfully, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule

We are primarily looking for team members available:

Weekday afternoons and evenings (approximately 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
Weekend mornings and afternoons
10-25 hours per week

Flexible scheduling available.

What You'll Do

As a Catering Operations Team Member, you'll help prepare, organize, and deliver catering orders while helping the team finish each day strong and set up tomorrow for success.

Our catering team serves local businesses, university departments, athletic teams, community organizations, and special events throughout the Triangle.

No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be preparing breakfast for a local business meeting, while the next you may be helping execute catering for a UNC Athletics event or a large community gathering.

Responsibilities include:

Brewing and packaging coffee
Slicing and boxing bagels
Boxing sandwiches and preparing catering items
Packaging and organizing catering orders
Double-checking orders for accuracy
Loading delivery vehicles
Delivering catering orders
Assisting with event setup and breakdown
Preparing ingredients and supplies for upcoming events
Helping ensure the next day's catering orders are organized and ready
Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the shift
Supporting teammates wherever needed
