As a key member of our marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will build and launch digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads into the pipeline.
This is a hands-on role where success comes from building thoughtful, connected marketing campaigns that guide prospects through the customer journey and drive real results. You will work across channels to bring marketing programs to life, helping guide prospects from first touch through conversion while continuously improving performance and customer experience along the way.

This is currently listed as a remote role for candidates located within the United States, however candidates located within commuting distance of our Bethesda, MD office will be expected to work in-office four days per week to support collaboration and team alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution
- Build and launch marketing campaigns across email, paid media, website, and other digital channels
- Email Marketing (HubSpot): Create, send, and optimize email campaigns; build workflows and nurture sequences
- Digital Advertising: Support planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns (search, social, display, retargeting)
- Website & Landing Pages: Update website content, landing pages, and forms; support testing to improve conversion rates
- Build campaigns with the full customer journey in mind — considering how messaging, landing pages, nurture flows, and follow-up actions work together to guide prospects toward conversion
- Develop messaging and campaigns that help contractors understand how financing, customer experience, and recurring revenue solutions can help grow their business
- Launch campaigns and content that educate contractors on topics like close rates, financing adoption, customer loyalty, and long-term business growth
- Execute quickly and consistently to ensure campaigns are live, engaging, and continuously improving over time
Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and identify practical opportunities for improvement
- Track key metrics such as leads, conversion rates, engagement, and pipeline progression across channels
- Run tests and optimizations to improve campaign and funnel performance over time
- Share performance insights and recommendations with the team
- Balance data analysis with execution — focusing on patterns, customer behavior, and actionable insights rather than getting stuck in individual data points
- Think critically about where users are dropping off, what messaging is resonating, and how journeys can be improved to better support conversion
Strategy
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to bring campaign strategies to life through execution
- Help build coordinated omnichannel campaigns across email, paid media, website, social, and nurture channels
- Support the development of marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
- Think intentionally about how prospects move through the funnel — ensuring messaging, content, and calls-to-action align with the customer’s stage and intent
- Contribute ideas for improving customer journeys, lead nurture, conversion paths, and campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or related roles
- Hands-on experience building and executing campaigns across email, paid media, web, and nurture channels
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and how to create connected marketing experiences across channels and funnel stages
- Ability to think beyond individual campaigns and understand how messaging, content, and channels work together to drive conversion over time
- Proficiency with MarTech tools such as HubSpot (emails, workflows, CRM), WordPress (website management), ClickUp (project management), and analytics platforms like GA4
- Comfortable leveraging AI and modern marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms to improve speed, efficiency, and execution
- Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute without needing perfect information
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on creating thoughtful, high-value experiences
