POSITION SUMMARY
The Construction Foreman will oversee a two- man bathroom remodel crew from start to finish, ensuring each 5-day project meets RenovationsNow’s SOP standards for quality, timeliness, and the betterment of customers’ lives.
This role manages day-to-day job-site operations, trains laborers toward Skilled Laborer readiness, coordinates with the Install Director through daily “Sit Reps”, collects payments, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment

OBJECTIVES
- Direct daily tasks, train laborers, and plan next-day work each evening.
- Conduct and document internal and customer walkthroughs to verify finish quality and completeness.
- Collect day-1 progress, and final payments for cash jobs; ensure finance paperwork is complete before leaving on the last day of financed jobs.
- Document change orders (photos + notes) and escalate to the Install Director for pricing and approval.
- Uphold RenovationsNow’s culture on-site and represent the brand professionally to clients and vendors.

COMPETENCIES
- Proven leadership on fast-paced remodel sites.
- Strong knowledge of bathroom construction trades (plumbing, electrical, framing,
- drywall, finishing).
- Ability to coach and motivate crew members while enforcing SOP compliance.
- Effective communication with clients, laborers, and leadership.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and fully versed on all standard SOPs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Written competency as well as hands-on bathroom remodeling experience.
- Demonstrated ability to run projects independently to SOP standards.
- Certified and tested according to internal employee maturity model
PAY STRUCTURE
Compensation: $27/hour → 17 jobs completed increases to $30/hour
Estimated Time in Position: 11-14 months
Key Performance Indicators:
- Leads small crews (1–2 laborers) effectively with minimal oversight.
- Coordinates material needs and can process inventory accurately
- Ensures the site is ready for each phase of work.
- Manages project timeline.
- Ensures job site cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times.
- Resolves minor issues on site without escalating to management.
- Maintains high client satisfaction and manages light client communication.
- Trains and guides basic laborers.
- Pursues a lifestyle of growth and improving personal wellbeing along with that of the crew and company.
Minimum jobs to complete to reach Foreman II: 50
Compensation: $31/hour → 35 jobs completed increases to $36
Estimated Time in Position: 17-20 months
Key Performance Indicators:
- Oversee complex bathroom renovations confidently.
- Excellent understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural coordination.
- Trains and mentors Foreman 1’s and laborers.
- Effectively manages scheduling, sequencing of trades, and job site inspections.
- Communicates clearly with Project Managers or Superintendent about job progress, delays, and challenges.
- Takes initiative to improve jobsite processes and logistics.
- Pursues a lifestyle of growth and improving personal wellbeing along with that of the crew and company.
Minimum jobs to complete to reach Foreman III: 75
Compensation: $37/hour → 100 Jobs completed increases to $40/hour

- Demonstrates mastery of all aspects of bathroom renovations.
- Provides advanced troubleshooting and solutions under pressure.
- Consistently brings jobs in on time, on budget, and with high quality.
- Acts as a mentor to the entire field team; builds culture and accountability.
- Helps create or refine standard operating procedures.
- Trusted to lead flagship or high-profile projects with minimal oversight.
- Supports hiring decisions and training programs.
- Pursues a lifestyle of growth and improving personal wellbeing along with that of the crew and company.
Minimum jobs to complete to reach Master Foreman: TBD
Compensation: $45+/hour
