WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist with turf inspections and problem diagnosis
- Identify weeds, insects, disease, and turf stress
- Support soil, fertility, and IPM program execution
- Participate in site visits and recommendations
- Work alongside experienced team members to build your skills
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in turf, lawn care, golf course, or sports field work
- Interest in plant health, soil science, or agronomy
- Pesticide applicator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
