Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, particularly those with disabilities or health challenges. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence for our clients.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
Support individuals with developmental disabilities by fostering a supportive environment.
Perform catheter care and assist with other personal care tasks as required.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.

Requirement

Knowledge of vital signs and how to take them.
Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and respect for client dignity.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
You must have a Wyoming CNA license.
