About the Role

We are a boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm committed to fighting for our clients every step of the way. We are looking for an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Litigation Case Manager to own cases from intake through settlement. This is a high-impact role — you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and a key driver in maximizing case value and keeping our caseload moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of 50–70+ active cases from intake through settlement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and guidance
Open and manage insurance claims and communicate directly with adjusters
Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
Coordinate and monitor client treatment with medical providers and vendors
Draft and assemble demand packages
Assist in case valuation and support settlement negotiations
Negotiate liens and assist with disbursements
Maintain accurate and organized case files in CasePeer

Require Qualifications

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages are essential
3–5+ years of pre-litigation personal injury experience (Required)
Demonstrated ability to manage cases A–Z independently (Required)
Experience with CasePeer or a comparable case management system (Required)
Strong working knowledge of the insurance claims process, medical records and billing, and demand preparation
Familiarity with California personal injury practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience negotiating settlements independently
Knowledge of medical terminology and treatment types
Experience with lien negotiation and disbursement

Reliable and solution-oriented under a high-volume caseload

Compensation

Base pay: $30–$65 per hour (DOE)
Up to $40/hour for highly experienced candidates
Performance-based bonus available

Experience Required

Personal injury pre-litigation: 3 years (Required)
Managing personal injury cases: 3 years (Required)
CasePeer or other case management software (CMS): 1 year * Preferred *

Interviews are conducted in person. Candidates should be prepared to discuss their experience with the full pre-litigation lifecycle, their approach to managing high-volume caseloads, and their role in preparing demands and working with insurance adjusters.
