Machinist

This role is ideal for someone early in their career with hands-on CNC experience who wants to go deeper, build skill, and gain real confidence in a high-precision environment. If you have been on machines and want to push your abilities further, this is where that growth happens.

Compensation: $22.00-$34.00/hr

Shifts & Onboarding:

We offer a structured onboarding program that provides focused training, mentorship, and time to build confidence with our equipment, processes, and quality standards.

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or Weekend

Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm or 3:00pm-1:00am
Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm

Requirements

Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Run existing CNC programs independently
Make basic tool and work offsets
Perform deburring and basic part finishing
Complete in-process and final inspections using standard measuring tools
High School Diploma

Pay: $22.00 - $34.00 per hour
