We’re looking for someone who can take a complex aerospace component from raw material to finished precision - confidently and independently.

If you can program 5-axis without flinching, optimize multi-axis strategies, and walk up to a problem machine knowing you’ll fix it, welcome home.

What This Role Really Is

Full ownership of complex parts
Programming from print to production
Multi-axis mastery (3, 4, and 5-axis required)
Mill experience required | Lathe or mill-turn strongly preferred
Toolpath optimization and cycle time strategy
Leading first runs and refining process capability
Mentoring machinists who want to level up

Compensation: $34.00–$45.00/hr DOE

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, or Weekend

Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm or 3:00pm-1:00am
Friday-Sunday 6am-6:30pm
