About the Role:

M & R Electrical Services LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Office Assistant to join our growing team in Tucson, AZ! This is a great opportunity to play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. If you're organized, reliable, and ready to contribute to a thriving electrical services company, we want to hear from you!
Interviews are virtual.

Responsibilities:

Process and review incoming Credit Card Transactions accurately and on time
Answer Phone
Communicate with Field Workers as Support
Assist with data entry, scan, emailing, filing, and maintaining organized financial documentation
Support month-end closing processes and AP reporting directly under the supervision of the office manager
Coordinate with field and management teams to verify and code expenses
Maintain Clockshark Timekeeping
Perform general office administrative duties as needed to support daily operations
Office Errands
Retrieve and distribute company mail by driving to the local post office on a regular basis.
Reports to Office Manager

Requirements:

Prior experience in accounts payable role preferred
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online), Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
Must be proficient with Quickbooks Online
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency in Emails and Calendar
Desired: Worked in Construction office environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative office team
High school diploma and Office Experience Desirable
Professionalism
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to drive locally for business-related errands, including daily mail pickup from the post office.
Clean driving record preferred.
