Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Assist with data entry tasks as needed to ensure accurate information management.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in customer service or call center environments.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Experience in Accounts receivables is beneficial but not required.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer management.
A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
