Full Job Description

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Client Advocate II for a hybrid opportunity for candidates in Columbia, SC. Candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Information Systems, translating business needs into technology initiatives while building strong client relationships and helping ensure projects and services are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.

Required Qualifications for the Client Advocate II:

Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
5+ years of IT-related professional experience.
Demonstrated experience managing client or customer relationships in an IT environment.
Proven business analysis experience, including gathering and documenting business requirements.
Experience partnering with teams responsible for system development, implementation, or technology delivery.
Experience with process and/or product improvement initiatives.
Strong verbal, written, presentation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, resources, and deadlines in a changing environment.
Bachelor's degree, 4 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Client Advocate II:

Experience in the health insurance industry.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.
Experience working in Agile or other collaborative technology environments.

Responsibilities of the Client Advocate II:

Act as the primary connection between assigned business customers and Information Systems, developing trusted and productive working relationships.
Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into technology requests, estimates, projects, and deliverables.
Coordinate with application development, project management, quality, estimating, and other technology teams to support successful delivery.
Help customers prioritize initiatives while managing expectations related to scope, cost, resources, timelines, and service levels.
Monitor project and service performance, communicate status and costs, and help resolve production issues and customer concerns.
Identify opportunities for technology, process, and service improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and better support business objectives.

Work Location: Columbia, SC 29223 — Hybrid; onsite three days per week, with additional onsite days as needed.
