Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant operations with passion and precision. WEEKENDS OFF (unless needed to support the restaurant.) Work Monday through Friday 9:00-7:00, minimum 1 night per week closing,providing great coverage & leadership during peak volume times of the day, and setting the team up for ultimate success on weekends in your absence.

Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food delivery
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to cultivate a motivated and skilled team
Oversee food preparation, line brand standards, food quality and great service for all of our customers.
Monitor inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to optimize profitability
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking
Enforce compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures, to include EcoSure and QSC standards.
Conduct performance evaluations, interview potential team members, and implement staff training programs
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements
Supervise kitchen management, food production and catering.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly

Requirements

Proven experience managing quick service or fast food restaurants with a strong background in hospitality management and catering.
Extensive knowledge of food handling, food safety management, and culinary processes
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, managing shifts, and conducting staff training
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking
Strong understanding of budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost control strategies
Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, team management, and customer interactions
Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness
Experience in casual fast food like Moe's, or Chipotle is highly desirable
Basic math and computer skills for daily operations management tasks including inventory counts and financial reporting
