KKOS Lawyers is built on a culture of providing an excellent client experience to our Entrepreneur and Small Business Owner clientele who are seeking to structure their business, save taxes, and protect their assets. We assist clients nationwide with our offices in Arizona, Utah, and Idaho.

What You Will Be Doing

In this key liaison role, you'll prepare and file business entity and related service documents, coordinate directly with clients, Attorneys, internal teams, state agencies, and the IRS, and guide multiple business services from start to finish.

You bring two or more years of professional experience in administrative support, legal support, client service, or another detail-intensive role.

Key Duties

Accurately draft and complete Business Department service work including filing and resubmitting business entity documents with state agencies and the IRS
Research and verify requirements, naming rules, and processes across jurisdictions
Provide responsive, high-touch client service that sets clear expectations with professional communication
Remove uncertainty from complex state and federal processes to support clients with clarity while ensuring business filings are complete, accurate, and timely
Resolve filing issues and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
Demonstrate good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Contribute to a positive, supportive, drama-free office culture

Experience

Previous professional office experience in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven role is preferred
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment when standard department procedures don't fully address a situation
Exposure to business entities or legal document preparation preferred
Familiarity with CRMS such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google docs
Hard worker with strong work ethic and good attendance and punctuality

This is a long-term, in-office position with work hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Starting pay dependent upon experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
