At the same time, you'll roll up your sleeves and actively participate in repairs, equipment improvements, and engineering projects that improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support continuous improvement.
Whether your background is mechanical or electrical engineering, we're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, leading by example, and making a direct impact on manufacturing operations.

- Troubleshoot and support PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, sensors, and other industrial control systems.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement long-term corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Help plan and manage equipment upgrades, machine modifications, facility improvements, and capital projects.
- Help develop, improve, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Partner with production and operations to improve equipment performance, increase uptime, and eliminate recurring issues.
- Maintain engineering documentation, equipment drawings, spare parts information, and CMMS records.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company safety standards.
- Mentor, coach, and develop maintenance technicians by sharing technical knowledge and promoting best maintenance practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering OR Mechanical Engineering.
- Three to five years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.

- Ability to lead and direct maintenance personnel while remaining actively involved in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work on the production floor and actively participate in hands-on maintenance and engineering activities.
