Full Job Description

HSR Cabin Services is looking for a sharp, dependable, quick-thinking Office Assistant to join our team!

Fair warning: this is a VERY fast-paced office. We need someone who can keep up, think on their feet, and juggle multiple things at once without losing track of what they were doing.

The right person MUST:

Be quick-witted and a quick thinker
Be an excellent multitasker
Be able to remember more than one thing at a time
Be comfortable using a computer
Have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Be able to learn new computer programs quickly
Be organized and able to prioritize tasks on the fly
Be comfortable answering phones and communicating with customers
Be able to switch gears quickly when priorities change
Be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Take initiative and see what needs to be done without constantly being told
Have a good attitude and be able to handle a little organized chaos

This is the kind of office where you might be entering something into Excel, answering an email, have the phone ring, get asked to do two more things, and then need to remember exactly what you were doing before the phone rang.

You do NOT need to be an Excel expert or computer genius, but you do need to be comfortable on a computer and understand the basics. If turning a computer on feels like an accomplishment, this probably isn't the job for you.

Experience is a plus, but we're more interested in finding someone who is smart, teachable, organized, dependable, and capable of thinking for themselves.

This is a FULL-TIME position for someone who wants to become a reliable part of our team.
