Full Job Description

Stonehenge of Cedar City is looking for a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is an important front-office position for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a busy environment, and is comfortable handling a variety of administrative responsibilities. As one of the first people our residents, families, employees, and visitors meet, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience.

Responsibilities

Greet residents, families, visitors, applicants, and vendors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist with general front-office and administrative duties
Provide administrative support to facility leadership and department managers
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), including organizing invoices, data entry, and maintaining appropriate documentation
Assist with medical records, including scanning, uploading, organizing, and filing documents
Help ensure records and documents are accurate, complete, and appropriately maintained
Maintain confidentiality of resident, employee, and facility information
Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, filing, and other clerical tasks
Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and paperwork
Help keep the front office organized, professional, and welcoming
Assist with additional administrative projects and duties as needed

Comfortable using computers, email, scanners, and standard office programs

Willing to learn new systems and processes
A strong communicator with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Able to work independently while also supporting the needs of the team

Previous experience in reception, administrative support, accounts payable, medical records, healthcare, or a skilled nursing environment is helpful, but we are also willing to consider a strong candidate who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
