Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, ensuring exceptional service for our customers both in person and over the phone.

Duties

Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing assistance with storage and truck rental inquiries
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, directing them appropriately and providing clear information
Handle client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
Ensure accuracy of financial information on customer receipts and daily closes
Assist in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of office and storage units
Verify rental trucks are free of defects, check fluid levels and tire pressures and that trucks are clean and ready for future customers

Experience

Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer support
Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Drivers license is required
