What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence.
- Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes.
- Promote a strong culture of service, accountability, and resident-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required, or ability to activate NHA licensure in Iowa.
- Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired. Aligning with our Always Learn value, we also support growth and development of newly licensed Administrators when applicable.
- Ability to build relationships and lead a team through change with professionalism and empathy.
