Full Job Description

Job Summary:

MCIS is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team at the Dallas main office. This role plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, recruitment coordination, and positive employee experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, be Bilingual in Spanish and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance activities.
Prepare HR reports, track workforce metrics, and assist with audits and documentation requirements.
Support employee relations initiatives, including investigations, performance documentation, and workplace issue resolution.
Assist with full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks, reference checks, onboarding, and I-9 verification.
Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs, and talent acquisition efforts.
Support employee engagement, training initiatives, recognition programs, and HR process improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
Bilingual (English & Spanish is REQUIRED)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

In Office Monday to Friday
May require extended hours and occasional weekends based on business needs

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required to support hiring events, job site visits, onboarding, or other company locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
