Part-Time Escrow Officer (Builder Closings) - Variable Hours

Location:

Belton, TX and Waco, TX (with daily document pickup and delivery to Georgetown, TX)

Position Summary:

Corridor Title is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Part-Time Escrow Officer to conduct builder closings at client offices in Belton and Waco. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional closing experience while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely coordination with internal teams to support same-day funding.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct residential real estate closings at builder client offices in Belton and at sales offices in Waco.
Provide a professional, polished, and client-centered closing experience that reflects Corridor Title’s values and commitment to excellence.
Review, explain, and execute closing documents with buyers and realtors in attendance at closing.
Email complete and accurate copies of all executed documents to the escrow and funding teams.
Deliver original executed closing documents daily to the Georgetown office following the completion of closings.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and reporting supervisor.
Maintain compliance with all state regulations, company policies, and escrow best practices.
Represent Corridor Title in a manner that consistently meets or exceeds client and builder expectations.

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Escrow Officer (Texas).
Minimum of 2 years of closing room experience.
Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, real estate documents, and funding requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily deadlines.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Belton, Waco, and Georgetown as required.

Work Schedule:

Part-time - variable hours
Schedule based on builder closing needs and volume
